- http://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?s=100&p[title]=Le Département soutiendra la création de 500 places en résidences autonomie d’ici 2022&p[summary]=Le Département des Landes, fortement engagé dans le maintien à domicile des personnes âgées mais aussi dans le soutien à la création de places en EHPAD, va désormais intervenir pour favoriser la création de résidences autonomie sur les territoires des CCAS et CIAS. « La résidence autonomie est un établissement médico-social visant à proposer des réponses et des solutions adaptées entre le domicile classique et l’Etablissement d’hébergement pour personnes âgées dépendantes (EHPAD) » a expliqué Monique Lubin, vice-présidente en charge de la solidarité départementale, lors du vote de la première décision modificative du budget 2017, vendredi 30 juin. « Ce sont des ensembles de logements associés à des services collectifs. Les résidences autonomie sont composées d’appartements privatifs et d’espaces communs partagés par les résidents. » Le Conseil départemental prévoit la création de 500 places en résidences autonomie sur la période 2017-2022, soit 10 % du nombre de places en EHPAD. Pour 2017 et 2018, le Président du Conseil départemental des Landes Xavier Fortinon, a annoncé qu'un appel à projets de création de 200 places serait lancé. Trois scénarios seront privilégiés sans être exhaustifs : - le modèle d’une résidence autonomie « mono site » de 16 logements, - le modèle d’une résidence autonomie « site éclaté » de 16 logements (répartis par exemple en 4 îlots), - le modèle d’une résidence autonomie « mono site » de 60 logements. Pour soutenir ces investissements, l’Assemblée départementale a adopté un règlement d’intervention spécifique : - création d’une résidence autonomie par un promoteur public : subvention de 10 000 € par logement ; - subvention de 1 000 € supplémentaire par logement pour un équipement numérique relié au dispositif départemental lorsqu’il sera opérationnel ; - pour soutenir l’habitat groupé, maintien de la subvention de 3 400 € dédiée au logement social dans le cadre d’un promoteur public ; - subvention de 1 000 € supplémentaire par logement pour un équipement numérique relié au dispositif départemental lorsqu’il sera opérationnel.&p[url]=https://www.xlandes.fr/articles/societe/le-departement-soutiendra-la-creation-500-places-en-residences-autonomie-dici-2022&p[images][0]=https://www.xlandes.fr/images/_thumbs/2017_dm1_autonomie-photofb.jpg
